Rumor: GAPP to Spend RMB 630 Mln on Digital Publishing

A source close to China's General Administration of Press and Publication (GAPP) has revealed that GAPP submitted an application to the Ministry of Finance for a project to promote digitization of the traditional publishing industry, which will soon be made public. The source said the project is valued at RMB 630 mln.
