Rumor: Telstra to Purchase Former Focus Wireless

Industry sources close to mobile internet advertising service provider Lmobile, formerly Focus Wireless, have reported Australian telecom operator Telstra will have completed purchasing the company by the end of November for USD 200 mln. Focus Wireless became Lmobile after the firm's reputation was severely damaged following a 2008 CCTV consumer rights expose. An Lmobile employee confirmed the acquisition rumor.
