Supermap to IPO with 19 Mln Shares

Beijing-based mapping software provider Supermap issued a notice today that it plans to release an initial public offering of A-shares and list on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Growth Enterprise Market board.
The notice said that Supermap's plan to issue no more than 19 mln shares of ordinary stock (A-shares) had been approved by the China Securities Regulation Commission (CSRC). The stock will trade under the code 300036.SZ.
Shares will be made available for purchase on December 16.
