In the two years since its founding, Shenzhen-based B2B e-commerce platform 518ad.com has achieved profitability and may IPO on China's growth enterprise board as early as the end of this year.
518ad was officially launched in September 2007, and is a Web 2.0 B2B platform. In 2009 the site earned RMB 53 mln, with net profits of RMB 12.42 mln.
