Legend Invests RMB 10 Mln in E-Commerce Cake Company

Legend Capital has invested RMB 10 mln in Chinese pastry e-commerce company 21Cake. Liu Erhai, GM of Legend Capital's board of directors, said that going forward, Legend aims to invest in companies that combine technology and traditional businesses, and that e-commerce could become the hot investment trend of 2010.
21Cake was founded in May 2004, and currently has telephone order service centers and employs 200 independent couriers in Beijing and Shanghai.
