China Telecom Lowers 3G Rates

Guangzhou Daily, 4/28/10

China Telecom (NYSE: CHA; 0728.HK) has lowered rates for its 3G packages this month. For example, the rate for the lowest package under its "Lexiang" service brand has been reduced from RMB 59 per month to RMB 49 per month.

Editor's Note: Shanghai Telecom's website advertises the following monthly rates for Lexiang 3G packages:
