LG Innotek to Invest USD 100 Mln on LED in Huizhou

On July 6, LG Innotek and the Huizhou Zhongkai Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone signed an agreement for the establishment of an LED project in the zone. LG Innotek will invest over USD 100 mln in Huizhou over the next two years to be used towards LED packaging, backlighting and illumination applications.

LG Innotek established its presence in the Zhongkai Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone in 1994.
