CBC: CMMB Vision's Fuxue Not Licensed

Regarding Hong Kong-based investment holding company CMMB Vision's (0471.HK) recently announced investment in CMMB channel turnkey services operator Fuxue (Beijing) Media, CMMB mobile TV operator China Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) issued a statement declaring that Fuxue is neither authorized to provide CMMB value-added services, nor is there any truth to the claim it is the sole provider of such services in China.

According to the CBC notice, CMMB Vision claimed that Fuxue was "established by the Development and Reform Research Centre of State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT) and the Media Economics Research Centre of the National University of Communication."
