HiSoft Acquires Beijing SAP Firm

Chinese IT outsourcing firm HiSoft (Nasdaq: HSFT) today announced it has acquired substantially all of the businesses of Beijing-based SAP supplier Besure Technology Co., Ltd.

Headquartered in Beijing with over 140 employees, Besure specializes in SAP consulting, operation and maintenance services. The transaction closed on October 1, 2010 with certain thresholds satisfied on November 1, 2010, and will be accretive in HiSoft's fiscal year ending December 31, 2010.
