Longtop, Microsoft to Jointly Develop CRM System

Chinese financial services software developer Longtop (NYSE: LFT) and Microsoft recently announced a partnership to develop a next-generation customer relationship management (CRM) solution based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. The new CRM product will provide an integrated solution for domestic customers to manage customers, marketing, service, and funds. Longtop will expand its existing CRM product for large financial institutions to include CRM solutions for small and medium-sized banks as well as CRM solutions for the insurance, securities, and fund industries.
