Chinese telecom equipment manufacturer Huawei announced the opening of its first three experience stores in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen on January 21. A spokesperson for Huawei's terminal division said yesterday that the stores were a move by Huawei to improve its direct communications with customers, adding that Huawei planned to follow a strategy of increased communication globally. The stores will sell terminal devices such as handsets, data cards, and tablets, the spokesperson added.
