Giant Launches RMB 10 Mln Player Feedback Incentive Fund

Chinese online game developer and operator Giant Interactive (NYSE: GA) today announced the launch of a RMB 10 mln "Win@Players" Fund to solicit player feedback on game development and improvements. The fund is a counterpart to Giant's Win@Giant developer fund.

The fund will initially be trialed for Giant's self-developed 3D MMORPG ZT Online II, offering RMB 100 for player ideas deemed "valuable," RMB 1,000 for ideas deemed "significant," and RMB 4,999 for ideas considered "revolutionary."

Ideas will be collected via dedicated channels such as e-mail, and evaluated by core members of the game development team. Players will be notified whether their proposals are accepted within 30 days.
