China's Ministry of Culture (MoC) has issued its "Notice Regarding 12 Illegal Online Cultural Activities," calling for the relevant cultural administration and cultural market enforcement agencies to jointly investigate 14 websites suspected of offering illegal online music services, including Baidu's (Nasdaq: BIDU) MP3 search.
