China Mobile to Begin TD-LTE Metering Equipment Tender

Telecom operator China Mobile (NYSE: CHL; 0941.HK) will commence its first tender of TD-LTE metering equipment soon. The tender will cover seven categories of metering equipment, including TD-LTE testing equipment, TD-LTE spectrum analysis tools, and TD-LTE signal testing tools. Vendors will be able to submit bids in one category or multiple categories.

Manufacturers must submit hardware or software for their bids to the China Mobile Research Institute for testing by July 1.
