Chinese mass-transit digital advertising operator VisionChina Media (Nasdaq: VISN) recently joined with Chinese online video site Youku (NYSE: YOKU) to act as Youku's exclusive partner in the company's outdoor mobile media strategy.
With the agreement, VisionChina Media will broadcast 3-5 minute-long edited clips of original and user-generated content from Youku on VisionChina Media out-of-home displays and in-vehicle displays in subways and public buses throughout the country at least five times each day.
