Rumor: LeTV May Acquire Tudou

According to a source close to senior executives at Chinese online video site LeTV (Leshi) (300104.SZ), LeTV is currently involved in talks to acquire Chinese video site Tudou. The source revealed that LeTV and Tudou are now engaged in the midst of negotiations over details for either a possible capital investment, or LeTV's outright acquisition of Tudou.
As of Friday morning, LeTV had yet to issue an official statement regarding the news.
