Longtop Delisted on NYSE, Moves to Pink Sheets

The New York Stock Exchange recently announced that it has filed a Form D25 to officially delist Chinese financial services software developer Longtop (NYSE: LFT), and Longtop has transferred its American Depository Shares (ADSs) listing to an OTC "Pink Sheet" under the symbol LGFTY. Pink Sheet companies are not required to release financial reports or file with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
