SMG, Endemol Partner on TV Content Production

Shanghai Media Group (SMG) today announced a strategic partnership between its subsidiary Entertainment Team Media Group and global entertainment company Endemol. The two companies will establish a joint creative team that will be responsible for TV content production and broadcasting for mainland China as well as global distribution and marketing.
Endemol will have exclusive distribution and format rights outside of China for new IP developed by the partnership and SMG and Entertainment Team Media Group will have equivalent rights in China.
