Rumor: Shanda Games President Transfers to Parent

Ling Hai, president of online game developer and operator Shanda Games (Nasdaq: GAME), has been transferred to oversee investments by parent company Shanda Interactive (Nasdaq: SNDA), according to a leaked internal memo.

After joining the company in 2003, Ling was appointed president of Shanda Games in April 2008, prior to which he served alternately as director and vice president of Shanda Interactive.
