Navigation software company Shanghai OnStar Telematics has announced that on January 1, 2012 Diane Jurgens succeeded Jon Hyde as Managing Director. Prior to joining Shanghai OnStar, Jurgens was Vice President and Chief Information Officer of GM International Operations.
Established in October 2009, Shanghai OnStar currently has over 430,000 users in China.
