Beijing-based digital home entertainment company Beijing Eedoo Technology, a subsidiary of Lenovo (0992.HK), today launched its CT510 motion-sensing interactive video game console. The new console, priced at RMB 3,799 and scheduled for release on April 29, features 3D body-interactive technology. According to Cai Luozheng, president of Eedoo, the CT510 comes pre-installed with eight games and ten different applications, and will be sold in eleven cities nation-wide, including Beijing and Qingdao, as well as through Amazon China.

The console is equipped with functions such as a home movie theater, hosted by Chinese video-on-demand website Voole, a Karaoke feature, and an interactive reading feature. The product is targeted at home users, including elderly customers and children.

In the coming weeks, Eedoo's store will also go live on Alibaba Group's B2C e-commerce site TMall.
