Voole's Internet TV Service Platform Completes Upgrade

Chinese video-on-demand website Voole has completed upgrading its Internet TV technology service platform, which provides service coverage nationwide. According to a Voole technology executive, following the upgrade buffer rates during playback will be under 1%, and the platform will be able to support three times as many simultaneous online users as its predecessor. Users nationwide need only have a 2 Mbps or faster broadband connection to watch Voole's HD VOD streaming content.
