Qiao Xing Mobile to Be Delisted from NYSE

The New York Stock Exchange has notified the Securities and Exchange Commission of its intention to remove the entire class of Ordinary Shares of Chinese mobile phone manufacturer Qiao Xing Mobile Communication (NYSE: QXM) from listing and registration on the Exchange at the opening of business on June 18, 2012, pursuant to the provisions of Rule 12d2-2 (b), because, in the opinion of the Exchange, the Ordinary Shares are no longer suitable for continued listing and trading on the Exchange.
