Hangzhou-based mobile software platform developer Sky-mobi (Nasdaq: MOBI) today announced the departure of Fan Xing, Vice President of Development & Engineering. Fan is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. His duties will be assumed by the company's Chief Technology Officer, Ou Li.
