China Mobile to Release Self-Branded Handsets

China Mobile (NYSE: CHL; 0941.HK) CEO Li Yue announced at the company's 2012 China Mobile Global Developers Conference in Guangzhou that China Mobile plans to release its own self-branded handsets and accessories. According to Li, the company's self-branded handsets would not compete with other handset manufactures in the marketplace.
