Shanda's Yun Zhong Shu Cheng Breaks 20 Mln Paid E-Book Orders

Chinese online media and game operator Shanda Interactive's online bookstore, Yun Zhong Shu Cheng, recently disclosed that as of December 18, cumulative paid orders had exceeded 20 mln, with over 620,000 e-books downloaded.

The latest version (2.5.3) of Yun Zhong Shu Cheng's Android mobile application is already available in major Android app stores, and supports bookmarking and annotations as well as sharing via Sina (Nasdaq: SINA) Weibo, Tencent (0700.HK) Microblog, and other social networking sites. The updated app also includes a new feature, "My Interests' Distribution," which provide readers with a breakdown of their reading habits based on the books they've been reading.
