Xiaomi's MIUI OS User Base Exceeds 10 Mln

Hong Feng, co-founder of Beijing-based Android handset developer Xiaomi, recently revealed that Xiaomi's MIUI Android OS has exceeded 10 mln users and total Xiaomi handset shipments have reached approximately 6.5 mln units. Xiaomi has shipped nearly 1 mln Xiaomi 1S smartphones as of October 2012, and expects to break the eight-digit mark in total shipments next year.
