nHorizon Establishes Mobile Browser R&D Center in Nanjing

nHorizon Innovation Software, a joint venture between Norwegian browser developer Opera and Chinese handset distributor Telling (000829.SZ) established to develop the Oupeng mobile browser, today opened the Oupeng China R&D center in Nanjing's China Software Valley industry park. The center will focus on product development and technical support for the Oupeng browser.

China Software Valley is the country's largest communications software industry base, hosting over 330 software companies and nearly 80,000 employees.
