Moji Weather Mobile App User Base Reaches 100 Mln

Chinese mobile weather app Moji Weather has announced that the company's user base has reached 100 mln. 60% of the company's users use Android-based devices, 30% iOS-based devices, and the remaining 10% use devices based on Symbian and other operating systems. The company's active user base has reached 20 mln.

Moji Weather is a free weather services app. The app allows users to look up the current weather and extended forecasts for locations around the world. According to Moji Weather marketing director Li Fujie, the majority of the company's revenue comes from in-app advertising. The company plans to gradually roll out a series of life services apps in the future.
