CSRC Approves Ourpalm Acquisition of Dynamic Vanguard

Shenzhen Stock Exchange, 6/01/13

On May 31, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) unconditionally approved Beijing-based mobile game developer Ourpalm's (300315.SZ) plans to acquire 100% of Haikou-based online game developer and operator Dynamic Vanguard Network Technology for a combination of cash and stock.
