Rumor: Baidu's Duoku Acquires Mobile Game Portal Ptbus

According to an industry insider, Chinese internet company Baidu's (Nasdaq: BIDU) mobile reading, music, and gaming platform Duoku has acquired mobile game information and download portal Ptbus.com.

Baidu Duoku was founded in 2011 to provide e-book, mobile gaming, music and other paid services. In early 2013, Sun Zude left Chinese flash mini-game portal 7k7k to join Baidu Duoku as the company's CEO.

Ptbus is currently recruiting candidates for the company's CEO position.
