Lenovo May Enter Microfinance Business

Liu Chuanzhi, Chairman of Legend Holdings, parent company of Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer Lenovo (0992.HK), revealed at a recent lecture that Lenovo may enter the microfinance market in the near future. According to Liu, Lenovo is very interested in entering the financing sector, and will pursue innovation in the internet + finance space.
