Hummingbird, Supermarket Brand 'Yatang Xiaochao' Ally on Express Delivery Services

Chengdu-based third-party online supermarket retail platform Yatang Xiaochao and local express delivery platform Hummingbird, operated by Rajax Information Technology, have signed a strategic partnership agreement whereby Hummingbird will provide speedy delivery for Yatang Xiaochao orders.
When consumers order items through Yatang Xiaochao's mobile app, they can receive delivery within 30 minutes if they live within a 4 km radius of a Yatang Xiaochao-affiliated store. Hummingbird will provide the delivery services, and users can also specify what time they want the products delivered.
Yatang Xiaochao, established in October 2016, is a convenience store brand that allows local supermarkets to join the brand's alliance. More than 20,000 local supermarkets have joined the franchise in its 10 months of operations, covering 25 provinces in China.
As of June 2017, Rajax's restaurant takeout and food ordering platform Ele.me has covered 2,000 cities in China with 1.3 mln participating restaurants and 260 mln users. 3 mln delivery personnel have registered with its sister brand Hummingbird for on-demand delivery services.
