Hangzhou-based Xijiang Culture Creative, operator of bronze e-commerce site Tongshifu.com, recently announced completion of over RMB 110 mln in Series A funding led by Shunwei Capital and Xiaomi, with participation from Jinyuan Zhecheng Investment Management and Jinyuan Hanfei Investment. The announcement was made by Xijiang Culture Creative founder Yu Guang.
Tongshifu.com is a vertical e-commerce brand mainly dealing in bronze handicrafts, providing services via Alibaba Group's (NYSE: BABA) B2C e-commerce site Tmall, a public account on Tencent's (0700.HK) WeChat mobile messaging app, and its own website. With this round of funding, the company will also become an official member of the Xiaomi ecosystem.
In addition to Tongshifu.com, Xijiang Culture Creative also operates e-commerce platform Tongmu Zhuyi, which specializes in furniture.
Xijiang Culture Creative was established in 2013.
