Alibaba, NetEase Ally on Music Copyright Sharing

Chinese internet conglomerate Alibaba Group's (NYSE: BABA) Ali Music Group and Chinese internet company NetEase's (Nasdaq: NTES) NetEase Cloud Music recently announced a mutual music copyright licensing partnership.

Under the partnership, the two platforms will jointly explore optimal models for music platform copyright licensing, cooperation, and operations.

Ali Music Group previously announced the formation of a mutual copyright licensing partnership with Chinese internet conglomerate Tencent (0700.HK), and its music library now includes more than 18 mln titles.
