Co-working Space Mixpace Wins RMB 400 Mln Series B1 Funding

Shanghai-based co-working space operator Mizhai Industrial ("Mixpace") recently announced the completion of RMB 400 mln in Series B1 funding with participation from Series A investor Zhongnan Capital. The funding will be used to bring leased operating area up to at least 150,000 square meters through increased density in Shanghai's core districts and expansion to Beijing; make upgrades to shared office spaces; improve user system function; and start informatizing design and space management.
Mixpace, founded in July 2016, currently operates 13 projects in core commercial districts of Shanghai, cumulatively hosting hundreds of teams. Mixpace has gradually introduced app-based features for door locks, printing, conference rooms, and resource control, and is currently working on several Internet of Things and artificial intelligence applications.
Mixpace uses a "supermarket" model to provide services to different kinds of enterprises. Mixpace has signed contracts with nearly 100 service providers, such as legal consulting service app Falv58 and NYC-based press release distributor PR Newswire.
