China's Mobile Data Consumption Up 35% YoY in Jan-May 2020

China's mobile data consumption during the first five months of 2020 increased 35.2% YoY, according to newly released statistics from the country's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). China's Jan-May totals for national communications industry revenue and sub-set telecom industry revenue, as well as mobile data consumption, fixed-line telephone talk time duration, and mobile phone talk time duration were as follows:
