Total Group Buy Sites Down 42.5% from 2011 Peak

Eleven group buy sites closed in China during the month of October, bringing the country's total number of group buy sites down to 2,908, according to newly released figures from group buy directory site Tuan800. October marks the sixth consecutive month in which the number of group buy sites in China has declined by double digits. Since a peak of 5,058 group buy sites in October 2011, the total number of group buy sites in China has fallen by 42.5%, or 2,150 sites.
