Shanghai-based Zhaoyou Information Technology, operator of petroleum B2B e-commerce site 51zhaoyou.com, has completed USD 150 mln in Series C1 and Series C2 funding. Series C1 funding was led by family fund Rainbow Capital. Series C2 funding was led by Global Logistics Properties (GLP) with participation from Tide Capital, Oceanpine Capital and G7. Existing shareholders GGV Capital, DCM Ventures, SIG Asia Investment, Sky9 Capital and Yunqi Partners also participated in this round.
Zhaoyou specializes in the development of online platforms and tools to enhance the flow efficiency of petroleum products within the industry. Its products fully cover the various service needs of gas stations such as SaaS services, hardware services, supply chain services and management, financial services, and operations services.
