Smartisan's Messaging App 'Bullet Messaging' Completes Series B

Tencent Tech, 9/10/18

Luo Yonghao, founder of Kuairu Technology, the company behind Beijing-based smartphone developer Chuizi Technology's (Smartisan) mobile messaging platform Bullet Messaging, recently announced that Kuairu has completed Series B funding. Luo also said that Bullet Messaging's development team received a telephone call from internet conglomerate Tencent's (0700.HK) investment department the day after it began operating publicly, seeking to discuss the platform's investment situation.

However, Tencent's investment department responded by stating that it only corresponded with Bullet Messaging briefly via WeChat a few days previously, and that it never raised the subject of investment.
