Rumor: Netsun to Launch Clothing B2C Business

Rumors are circulating that B2B e-commerce firm Netsun Toocle (002095.SZ) has quietly entered the B2C market via the direct sales of clothing. The company is said to be preparing a B2C e-commerce platform which will be put online shortly.
Netsun's B2C business will be operated by an independent company, which is a subsidiary of Netsun's clothing website, China Apparel. The subsidiary was established with an investment from China Apparel and is being managed by staff dispatched from the company. Netsun is not directly participating in this venture.
