LG Admits Design Flaws in TD-SCDMA Handset

Director Zhao Chaofeng of the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce's (CECC's) official complaint website (www.315ts.net) has revealed that since March of this year, the site has received 568 complaints regarding LG's KT878 handset, with a total of over 1,000 complaints for all LG handsets. Many users felt that the handset suffered from design flaws and urged the vendor for a recall. A spokesperson for LG admitted that the handset had certain design flaws, and said that LG executives were deeply concerned with this problem, and that a systematic solution for the handsets was currently in the works.
