Hurray's Nasdaq Listing to Rename as Ku6

Beijing Times, 7/19/10

Kevin Li (Li Shanyou), CEO of Shanda Interactive's (Nasdaq: SNDA) online video subsidiary Ku6, has revealed that Shanda's wireless value-added service provider subsidiary Hurray (Nasdaq: HRAY) will convene a shareholders meeting at the end of July to change Hurray's official Nasdaq-listed name to Ku6, and also change the company's ticker code accordingly.
