Xu Xin, president of Shanghai-based private equity firm Capital Today, revealed that Beijing-based IT products B2C e-commerce platform 360Buy has chosen to pursue an IPO in 2013. According to Xu, the company, which has received investment from Capital Today, is choosing to wait until it reaches full maturity before going public.
