China's Mobile Online Game User Base Reaches 78 Mln

According to a report on the state of China's gaming industry in H1 2012 released by the Game Committee of the Publishers Association of China and IDC recently, there were 78 mln players of mobile online games in H1 2012, up 70.9% from H1 2011. The report predicts that the figure will grow to 98 mln by the end of 2012. In H1 2012, China's mobile online gaming market saw actual sales revenues of RMB 126 mln, a YoY increase of 54.4%.
