Ourpalm H1 2012 Profit Up 44% YoY

Chinese mobile game developer Beijing Ourpalm (300315.SZ) has announced its fiscal results for H1 2012, with revenue up 26.2% YoY to RMB 95.87 mln.

Net income attributable to shareholders grew 44.2% YoY to RMB 31.91 mln.

Revenue from traditional handset games grew 23% YoY to RMB 74.29 mln. Revenue from smartphone games jumped 8,024.3% YoY to RMB 3.91 mln. Revenue from online browser games rose 16.7% YoY to RMB 14.83 mln. Other revenue rose 1.5% YoY to RMB 2.84 mln.

Ourpalm added nearly 100 new sales channel partners during the period, including Fuzhou-based online game developer and operator NetDragon Websoft's (0777.HK) indirect mobile internet subsidiary 91 Limited's 91 Assistant mobile organizer client, AppChina.com, browser game site 4399.com, Beijing-based mobile gaming SNS PapayaMobile, P2P streaming video platform PPLive (PPTV), and Wandoujia Mobile Genie.
