Update: Amazon Confirms Departure of Amazon.cn President

A spokesperson for Amazon China has confirmed that Wang Hanhua, President of Amazon China, will leave his position at the company in November. According to the spokesperson, Wang will pursue a position which better suits his interests, and will not join Apple or any of Amazon's China competitors. Steve Frazier, Amazon China's VP of retail operations, will temporarily serve as the head of Amazon's China operations until the company finds a replacement.
