Ding Ding Map Obtains New Funding From Alibaba, Citi Bank

Chinese local listings search engine Ding Ding Map has announced that the company recently secured an undisclosed amount of funding from Chinese e-commerce conglomerate Alibaba Group and Citi Bank Investments.

Upon the completion of funding, Ding Ding Map's local listing services had reached 38 Chinese cities. The company continues to expand its workforce in order to better compete in the O2O marketplace.

Ding Ding Map has 13 mln registered users in 38 Chinese cities. The company has offered deals and coupons for more than 100,000 businesses.

Editor's Note: Ding Ding Map's current round of funding is presumed to be its fifth round of funding. Ding Ding Map has yet to comment on the matter.
