Rumor: Qihoo, Baidu Compete to Acquire Web Directory 2345.com

According to a source at Chinese internet services and security software provider Qihoo 360 (NYSE: QIHU), the company is interested in acquiring Shanghai Ruichuang Network Technology, operator of website directory 2345.com. The two companies are reportedly in talks, but a deal has yet to be struck.
According to other industry insiders, Chinese internet company Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU) has also shown an interest in acquiring Ruichuang.
