The East Lake High-tech Development Zone Administrative Committee will offer policy and funding support for game makers in the park, and will coordinate investments by park tenant corporations in areas including construction, content, product development, and business operations. e-Game will be responsible for overall planning and administration for gaming services, and will offer user channels, network access, operational support for services, and related billing and payment-processing services. Hubei Telecom will provide infrastructure support, including bandwidth, for the park. All three companies will work together on sales, promotions, and customer support.
e-Game has previously said that it plans to turn its attentions to large-scale development of "light gaming" products, as well as to providing support for domestic game developers in areas including product development, operations, payment, marketing, users, and data.
